Recover access to your account
Accounts use a username, password and privately stored recovery code.
Keep the code
The recovery code is shown when the account is created. Store it somewhere private and separate from shared lesson notes. The academy does not send recovery emails.
Reset a password
Open your portal, choose Recover, and enter your username, recovery code and a new password of at least 12 characters. A successful recovery signs out existing sessions and supplies a replacement recovery code.
If the code is lost
There is no self-service recovery without the code. Do not give a teacher or another participant your password or recovery code in an attempt to fix account access.
