Do I need an account to learn?
You can read the Quran and use the learning library without an account. An account is needed for scheduled lessons in the student or teacher portal.

Arrange a lesson directly with a teacher you know. Ask for their invitation code, then enter it in the student portal. You can also request an available trial from the academy’s published booking profiles.

Self-study progress is stored in the browser where you completed the work. Export it from your progress dashboard and import the backup on another device. For bookmarks, reflections and the weekly plan too, use Account study backup to save and restore your record.

Choose Recover in your portal and use your username and private recovery code. Email recovery is not available. If you have lost the recovery code, there is currently no self-service way to restore access.

Contact your teacher through your agreed communication channel. Never share your password or recovery code. You can contact the academy on WhatsApp or save a support request and check for replies.
