Understand the services
Teachers add a private Zoom invitation link to the lesson. Zoom opens in a new tab or its app; browser joining depends on the host’s settings. The academy’s saved conversation and shared notes are separate from the meeting provider’s in-call features.
If the call does not start
Use the meeting’s new-tab link, check the browser microphone and camera settings, and ask the host whether the room is ready. Keep an alternate contact arrangement with your teacher for connection failures.
