ACADEMY LESSON OPTIONS
Choose a starting point together.
Lessons are available for all ages. Parents or guardians arrange and supervise children’s participation.
Tajweed
Ask for support with pronunciation and recitation rules, matched to the learner’s starting point.
Memorization & review
Discuss a manageable passage and how to balance new memorization with revision.
Arabic
Share the learner’s Arabic goals and confirm the appropriate focus with the academy.
Teaching languages: Arabic and English. Other languages may be arranged on request and are subject to teacher availability.
Teacher preferences: Tell us your preferred language and any preference for a male or female teacher. Ask the academy to confirm the individual teacher’s name, relevant background and availability before booking.

A free 30- or 60-minute trial is available by arrangement. Use it to discuss your child’s needs and decide whether the teacher and lesson format are a good fit.
- What subjects and languages do you personally teach?
- What relevant training or qualifications can you share?
- Where should my child begin, and what should we practise next?
- How will we discuss progress and agree on lesson times?
Regular lessons are US$5/hour. Sibling discounts and fee support are available. Give at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice.

Biographical and educational details are supplied by the academy. We do not currently claim independent credential verification, a specific ijazah, a guaranteed learning outcome or an institutional endorsement. Furqan Teacher is an independent academy; a teacher’s educational background does not establish affiliation with Al-Azhar.
