What the academy saves, where it is stored, who can see it, and what you can manage today.

Study progress, your weekly plan, Quran bookmarks and personal reflections use browser storage. Signing in alone does not sync these items. Account study backup lets you explicitly save a copy to the server and restore it on another device.
View your study progress →Account details, trial requests, lesson schedules, membership, participation records, shared messages, notes, private practice feedback and support requests are saved by the academy application. Optional account study backups also store progress, plans, bookmarks and reflections. The academy coordinator can review trial and support requests.
Open the student portal →This page describes the features currently implemented. It is not a claim of legal compliance or a substitute for a reviewed privacy policy. Contact the academy through the support page for data questions. No automatic deletion or response deadline is promised.

Lesson messages are not end-to-end encrypted by this application. Use shared conversations for lesson-related information, and keep passwords, recovery codes and sensitive personal records out of messages.
Browser-stored information can remain until you remove it or your browser clears it. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view it. Signing out of the portal does not erase these local study tools.
Opening the teacher’s meeting link connects to Zoom or the selected meeting provider and may request microphone or camera permission. Provider chat is separate from the academy’s saved lesson conversation. WhatsApp support links connect to WhatsApp when opened. The academy application does not automatically record meetings; participants should agree on any recording before a lesson.
The embedded player loads after you choose to play a video. Video thumbnails can load from YouTube before playback. These requests connect your browser to the provider.
Choosing Quran audio loads an external audio player using Al Quran Cloud’s audio CDN. Following publisher or reference links opens the relevant external website.
External providers receive connection information when your browser contacts them and apply their own privacy practices. Camera and microphone access can be managed in your browser’s site permissions.
Download a progress file from your dashboard. It includes completed studies and the selected path, with the stored last-study reference. It does not include your weekly plan, Quran notes, bookmarks or classroom records.
Manage progress backups →Open a verse to edit or clear its reflection and toggle its bookmark. Review your bookmarked verses in your library.
Open saved verses →Your browser’s site-data settings can remove local study data and cookies. Save anything you need first: clearing this data can erase your local record and sign you out. It does not delete account or lesson records from the server.
Sign out when you finish on a shared device. Keep your recovery code securely outside shared lesson messages.
Read the account guides →A parent or guardian should manage a child’s learning account, know and approve the teacher, and supervise participation. Choose a display name that avoids unnecessary personal details. Agree on communication boundaries and any recording before joining a call.
Teacher registration is not an identity, qualification or background check. Browser-saved reflections are not protected by signing out of the academy account.
Read the classroom guide →Account and lesson records remain stored. Automatic retention limits and self-service account deletion are not implemented. Session expiration ends access through that session; it does not delete account information or lesson history.
Use Contact & support or WhatsApp at +20 106 828 6872. Include the type of request, but never a password or recovery code. Data deletion remains an operator-handled request; no response time is promised.
