Do I need an account to learn?
You can read the Quran and use the learning library without an account. No account is needed to inquire about a free trial by WhatsApp or email. An account is needed to use the student or teacher portal.

Start with Request a free trial to send an inquiry by WhatsApp or email. The academy confirms the teacher and time. If you use the portal, ask your teacher for the lesson invitation code. Published trial slots are another option when available.

Self-study progress is stored in the browser where you completed the work. Export it from your progress dashboard and import the backup on another device. For bookmarks, reflections and the weekly plan too, use Account study backup to save and restore your record.

Choose Recover in your portal and use your username and private recovery code. Email recovery is not available. If you still know your password, sign in and replace the recovery code in Account security and recovery. If both are lost, self-service recovery is unavailable.

Contact your teacher through your agreed communication channel. Never share your password or recovery code. You can contact the academy on WhatsApp or save a support request and check for replies.
