سُورَةُ الأَنبِيَاءِJuz 17

لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ

(27) They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
