As-Saaffaat 37:147

سُورَةُ الصَّافَّاتِJuz 23

وَأَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِا۟ئَةِ أَلْفٍ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ

(147) And We sent him[1306] to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more.
