As-Saaffaat 37:150
أَمْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِنَٰثًۭا وَهُمْ شَٰهِدُونَ
(150) Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses?"
