Saad 38:20

سُورَةُ صٓJuz 23

وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ ٱلْخِطَابِ

(20) And We strengthened his kingdom and gave him wisdom and discernment in speech.
