Az-Zumar 39:62
ٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ وَكِيلٌۭ
(62) Allāh is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
