Az-Zukhruf 43:4
وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ
(4) And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book[1430] with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.[1431]
