Al-Qiyaama 75:38

سُورَةُ القِيَامَةِJuz 29

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةًۭ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ

(38) Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allāh] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
