Al-Insaan 76:30
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًۭا
(30) And you do not will except that Allāh wills. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.
