Al-Mutaffifin 83:2

سُورَةُ المُطَفِّفِينَJuz 30

ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ

(2) Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full.
