Al-Mutaffifin 83:29

سُورَةُ المُطَفِّفِينَJuz 30

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ كَانُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَضْحَكُونَ

(29) Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
