Al-Inshiqaaq 84:2

سُورَةُ الانشِقَاقِJuz 30

وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ

(2) And has listened [i.e., responded][1888] to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]
