Al-Fajr 89:5

سُورَةُ الفَجۡرِJuz 30

هَلْ فِى ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٌۭ لِّذِى حِجْرٍ

(5) Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception?[1914]
