Al-Qadr 97:4
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ
(4) The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.[1955]
