One step at a time.

Choose one useful goal.

Tell your teacher what you would like to improve. For example: recognizing Arabic letters, reading a short passage more confidently, reviewing memorized verses, or understanding common Quran vocabulary.

Describe what you can already do and what feels difficult. A specific starting point helps the teacher plan more effectively than a broad request to learn everything.

Request, then confirm.

Read the teacher’s profile, languages, qualifications and lesson terms. Check the fee and currency shown beside the available time. Payment is arranged separately; the site does not collect it.

Create a student account using a username and password of at least 12 characters. Save your recovery code privately before leaving the page. It is needed if you forget your password.

Submit your lesson request with a subject, experience level and relevant notes. A pending request is not yet confirmed. Check My bookings in the student portal: after acceptance, the lesson appears in your schedule.

Already have a teacher? Ask for their 16-character lesson invitation code and enter it in Join with a code.

Get ready to connect.

1. Check the date and time shown in your portal. It uses your device’s time zone.
2. Open the classroom and read any notes your teacher has shared.
3. Find the video invitation. If it is missing, message your teacher in the classroom.
4. Check your microphone, headphones if you use them, and internet connection.
5. Keep your Quran or learning materials and a notebook nearby.

Teachers add their own Zoom invitation links. Your classroom is the place to find that link; a meeting is not created automatically when you request a lesson.

Let your teacher hear your starting point.

Ask how the lesson will work and share your goal. Read or practice at a comfortable pace. If an explanation is unclear, ask for another example or a slower demonstration.

Before finishing, agree on one manageable practice task. Ask what to repeat, what to pay attention to, and how to share your progress.

If you lose connection, try reopening the meeting and leave a classroom message when you can. Follow the arrangements agreed with your teacher for missed time or rescheduling.

Practice a little. Share what you notice.

Open Practice & feedback in your student portal. Review the lesson notes and submit a short update: what you practiced, what improved and what still needs help. Only you and the lesson teacher can read that update.

Saving replaces your previous practice update for the same lesson. Existing teacher feedback remains visible. Return to the teacher’s response before your next class.

Your classroom work is saved to your account. Self-study progress, bookmarks and planner entries are device-based unless you use the separate account study backup.

Support the learner, not just the booking.

Manage a child’s account and discuss their age, reading experience and suitable lesson length with the teacher. Use a shared learning space and remain involved in communication and lesson arrangements.

Check that your child understands how to ask for help or a break. Review the practice task together and keep expectations manageable. Discuss any proposed recording beforehand; joining a video call should not be treated as permission to record.

If something about a lesson or interaction concerns you, stop the session and contact the academy through support. Do not share passwords or recovery codes in classroom messages.
