Design a manageable study session
Choose a task you can complete and review in the time available. A short session needs a clear endpoint as much as a longer lesson does.
Understand the idea
For a fifteen-minute example, use five minutes to review, seven to practise one new item, and three to write the next step. This is a suggested schedule, not a religious requirement or a proven optimum for every learner. Adjust it to your attention, age and teacher’s advice.
Review 5 min · practise 7 min · note next step 3 min
Put it into practice
Use the study planner to choose a track and a realistic weekly pattern.
