Adh-Dhaariyat 51:23
فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّۭ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ
(23) Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.
