Al-Qamar 54:12
وَفَجَّرْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ عُيُونًۭا فَٱلْتَقَى ٱلْمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمْرٍۢ قَدْ قُدِرَ
(12) And caused the earth to burst with springs, and the waters met for a matter already predestined.
