Starting your first study routine
A beginning does not need to cover everything. Choose a subject you can name, a source you can return to and a regular time that fits your circumstances. Ask for help early when the material assumes knowledge you do not yet have.

A family reading session can be short, voluntary and age appropriate. Let each participant ask a question or make an observation. Adults should be clear when they need to consult a teacher rather than improvise an answer.

A parent or guardian should know who is teaching, supervise access and agree on communication boundaries. A self-registered teacher account is not a qualification check or evidence of institutional employment.
