STUDY GUIDE
Feedback that gives a next step
Useful feedback names a specific observation and a manageable next action. Keep records descriptive and respectful. A student’s confidence, age and previous learning experience should inform how the feedback is delivered.
Your study session
- Identify one part of the student’s work that is secure.
- Choose one point to practise before introducing another.
- Record the next task in the shared lesson notes.
